Ghoo Middle East Diamond is studied and designed in one of the most important tourist destinations in Iran under request of our client Ahad Azimzadeh in 2007 for attainment of economic, cultural and tourism development goals, and in response to citizens' demands in which, is currently under construction with a good progress.
The project stands over 45000 sq m land including two residential towers in 25 floors and a 35-storey five-star hotel tower, providing 500 commercial units on ground, first and second floors, fitness club with swimming pool and gym areas, restaurants and conference halls.
The residential towers include 310 units with over 45000 sq m gross floor area and the five-star international hotel provides 370 standard suits and 16 royal suits with 75000 sq m gross floor area.
Also this project is one of the most iconic and remarkable mixed use complex in country for its open air recreation areas over the 100000 sq m land in which extended 100 m over the sea.
