The picturesque Qeshm Island which located close to Bandar Abbas is the Persian Golf's biggest Island and the second free_trade zone in country.

The project stands over 10000 sq m land with two residential and hotel towers in 13 and 19 floors, 400 commercial units in underground and ground floors and luxurious restaurants. The residential tower includes 360 units with 45000 gross floor area, the five-star international hotel tower designed with 4000 gross floor area and the open air recreation areas built over 8000 sq m land.

This project is one of the most iconic and remarkable mixed use complex in Southern Iran. It is studied and designed under request of our client Mr Heidari in 2012 for attainment of economic, cultural and tourism development goals, and in response to citizens' demands in which, is currently under construction with a good progress.
